Aronkart Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from aronkart.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

We ship your parcel within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order.
Shipping information would be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We charge shipping as per the weight of the items. You may find some items on free shipping but on some items you would be charged shipping as per the weight of the item.
All orders below 400gms would be shipped through Postal shipping service with delivery time on 20-40 days.
All order above 400gms would be shipped using expedite shipping service with delivery time on 8-10 working days.

Shipping Methods

We offer 2 modes of shipment: India Postal registered shipping services and Expedited shipping services like, Bombino etc There is no Sunday delivery and in expedited shipping the company cannot deliver to P.O. Box or military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.). If you wish to have your package delivered to these types of addresses, then we would ship it from India postal services.

Expedite Shipping Service

All Orders above 400gms are shipped through expedite shipping service like DHL, FedEx, and Bombino….
Delivery within 8 to 10 working days.
This Service is Traceable.
Can not deliver on any P.O BOX, APO or FPO address.
Requires your physical address along with your phone number.

***P.S. In Countries like Brazil & Russia we only provide registered air mail postal service with delivery time of 25-45 days and speed post service is provided on order above $90 with delivery time of 15-25 days.

Holiday Shipping & Delays

Holiday shipments are subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by the shipping services we use. Please be aware that UPS will occasionally issue a shipping exception for expedited shipping methods that cannot be delivered on time (i.e. 2 Day or 3 Day). An exception is any event or situation that causes a shipment delivery to be rescheduled. Exceptions, such as Mother Nature or an incorrect address, can occur for a variety of reasons and are explained within the detailed shipment information found when tracking your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors (i.e. DHL or the India Postal Service). When placing your order, please be sure to supply us with accurate information and check the information carefully before submitting your order to prevent delays. Orders with an incorrect address or shipping payment will be held until the correct information or payment is received. If you are shipping to an address different from the billing address, please be sure to to provide the different delivery address.

Order Processing

We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day’s order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within one business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time.

International Duties & Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for any further information.
